The timesheet flow — planned, clocked, approved

Timesheets
BASEPlan and track shifts. The grid shows people as rows × seven days. Click a cell to add a shift; the dropdown lets you call the person to specific events that day.
Time tracking
BASEYour own period view — clock in/out, edit entries, and submit when the period ends. Submitted periods are read-only until a reviewer approves or rejects.
Timesheet period
BASEDetail view of one period. Owners see their own; reviewers see the team. Reviewers can approve, reject (with a note), or unapprove individual days.
Approval queue
BASESubmitted periods waiting for review. Open one to approve or reject. Bulk-approval is on the roadmap — for now, work through them one by one.
Clock kiosk
BASEBig-button clock-in/out for shared screens at the stage door. The kiosk auto-suggests the relevant event based on the user's call sheet and the current time.
Averaging period planner
BASELay out planned hours across an averaging period (gjennomsnittsberegning). Drag to redistribute hours between weeks; the running average against the period target is shown live.
Leave
BASESubmit a leave request (date range + reason + optional comment). Pending requests can be withdrawn until a reviewer decides them.
Exporting timesheets
BASEExport approved timesheets to payroll in the format your accounting system expects, and keep an audit trail of each run.
Disputed entries
BASEHandle timesheet entries an employee has flagged as wrong — investigate, adjust, and close out the dispute with a clear trail.
