Holidays

Admin → Holidays is the organisation’s day-off calendar: date, label, kind (public or other), and source (tariff, law, other). A holiday can be scoped to a theatre season or a person group — useful when only part of the house is off.

The holidays feed the planner’s year view, timesheets, and — via Apply org holidays — the vacation policies.

Automatic pulling

Set a country code once, and pull a whole year of public holidays automatically. Pulled rows are tagged, so a re-pull replaces them without touching your manual entries — and a nightly job keeps the current year fresh by itself.
