Settings

Settings is your personal configuration, gathered on one page:

• Profile — display name and avatar. Your email address is changed by an administrator.
• Personal details — contact info, address, and welfare fields from your linked person record; Work info shows the employment fields read-only.
• Notification preferences — the email and push switches. See Notification preferences.
• Production defaults — for those who can create productions: whether new productions are visible to the whole organisation, and whether participants get email on changes. The defaults are inherited by productions you create.
• Sidebar — keep the sidebar always expanded.
• Language — display language, Norwegian or English. The choice follows you across devices.

Password and two-factor live at runorder.app

Sign-in is managed centrally: password changes and two-factor authentication happen at runorder.app → Settings → Security, not here. That’s where you’ll find the authenticator-app QR setup, backup codes, and the device overview.

Theme — light, dark, match system — and high contrast switch from the picker in the sidebar, not from this page. Your personal calendar feeds live under Integrations.
