Project budgets

Admin → Project budgets is the organisation’s consolidated burn picture: one row per project that carries a budget, with period, budgeted hours, billable hours, admin hours, total, and burn percentage. Projects without a budget don’t appear.

Reading the burn

The burn column colours like the projects list: amber from 70% used, red from 90%. The split between billable and admin time comes from how the hours were actually recorded — billability is set per entry, with the project’s default as the starting point.

Filter by template to see one project type together — for example all cost centers.

Taking the numbers further

The CSV export gives the same table as a file, ready for a spreadsheet or finance system: title, code, template, period, budget, and the hour split.

Note

The budget tab on the project page itself is a read-only view of the same numbers for one project. Full budget editing with periods is in development; until then, budgets are set here.
