July 2026: A content overhaul across the docs

The whole documentation set has been written out in full and revised against runorder as the app actually is today. The highlights:

Two new modules

• Projects — the initiatives beyond the shows: the projects list, templates and the feature grid, the project page with all its tabs, budgets, and the admin surfaces.
• GrandPlanner — scenarios, the feasibility check, the approval flow, and the staffing setup.

New articles in existing modules

• Keyboard shortcuts and the command palette in the planner.
• Shift swaps in timesheets.
• Modules, Departments, and Branding under Admin.

Rewritten against today’s app

Every module has been revised: the planner’s five views and the quick-plan panel, productions’ archive rules and call sheets, the people directory’s departments and availability, the timesheet approval flow with corrections and exports, the report catalog, notifications, integrations, drafts, and the whole admin area.

All content exists in Norwegian and English, and the in-app help panel draws its summaries from these same articles.
