Resources & Equipment

Admin → Resources & Equipment is the catalogue of bookable items: the grand piano, the projector, the tour bus. Each resource has a name, a type — instrument, equipment, vehicle, or costume — and a quantity available.

Resources are booked on events in the planner; the quantity is the inventory bookings count against, and overbooking warns. Resources out of service are deactivated — they disappear from new bookings without history being cleaned away.
