New project
A new project needs two things: a title and a template. The template decides which features the project starts with — which tabs exist on the project page — and sets the defaults for lifecycle and billing.
Picking a template

The remaining fields
Link to this heading- Subtitle and notes — optional context.
- Code — a short label like ADM-01; surfaces in cost-center reports and the projects list.
- Default billable — whether hours against the project are recorded as billable by default. Can be overridden per entry.
- Public visibility — whether the project is visible beyond those with explicit access.
On creation you land on the project page, ready to fill in the project. Creating requires the project-creation permission — it’s organisation-wide, not per-project.
