The archive
Archived Productions shows every production with status Closed, sorted by closing date. The search matches title, subtitle, and venue, just like the main list.
Two levels of archiving
Link to this headingrunorder distinguishes closing from locking:
- Closed — the production is out of the main list and lives here. It can still be opened and edited.
- Archived & locked — additionally read-only. Settings, plan, and participants reject all changes until the lock is lifted. Locked productions show the Archived badge.
Reopening
Link to this headingSelect the productions and choose Mark active — that reopens them and lifts the lock at the same time. To just unlock without reopening, lift the archive flag; the production stays Closed and becomes editable.
Deleting is different from archiving: Delete Production on the production page removes everything permanently and requires typing the title to confirm. Archive rather than delete — deleted data can’t be recovered.
