The project page

The project page gathers everything about one project, organised into tabs. Which tabs you see is governed by the project’s feature switches — a pure hour-bucket project might have only the budget tab, while a tour can have the full set. The main tab shows the key numbers: participants, events, budget, and hours used.

The Plan tab lists the project’s events and holds the project’s own event templates. Project events appear on the planner side by side with production events — with a dashed edge and a P badge — and take part in the same room-conflict check. Draft events are visible only to people with draft permission until published; a banner shows how many drafts are waiting, with Publish all drafts to publish them together.

People and call sheets

  • Participants — who’s on the project, with role, title, and department. External people are tagged.
  • Call times — default report-in times per person before and after events, versioned from a given date, with bulk apply.
  • Call sheet — generates a print-ready PDF per date. Draft events and private events are never included.
  • Scenes and Rehearsal segments — scene breakdown and scene-blocked rehearsals, as in productions.

Files and budget

The Files tab accepts PDF and images, up to 10 MB per file. Uploads count against both the project’s and the organisation’s storage quota — when a quota is full, the file is rejected with a message saying which quota was hit.

The Budget tab is a read-only view of the current period: budgeted hours and hours used, split into billable and admin time. Budgets are set by administrators under Admin → Project budgets.

Sharing and the calendar feed

The Share button at the top mints share links that can be rotated and revoked. Under Notifications you’ll find email preferences, a Teams webhook, and the project’s calendar feed (iCal) — a read-only calendar of the project’s events that other calendars can subscribe to.

With manage permission on the project you see three more tabs: History (recent changes, newest first), Permissions (direct grants on the project, read-only for now), and Settings — where the feature grid is toggled, and title, colour, lifecycle, parent project, and archiving are changed. Every feature change is logged in the history.
