User Management

Admin → User Management lists every login account: name, email, system role (Admin, Manager, or User — changed directly in the per-row dropdown), and the link to the person record.

Account notices show as badges in the list: accounts that are expired or expiring soon are flagged, so time-limited engagements don’t stay open by accident.

Bulk actions

Select several accounts to apply a role together, or deactivate and activate in bulk. Deactivation rejects sign-in and revokes active sessions. You can’t deactivate your own account in bulk.

New users aren't created here

New people — and their accounts — are created under People → New person, which makes both together. This page governs roles and account status for the accounts that exist. See Bringing your team in.
