Scenarios
PREMIUMA scenario is a draft of the plan with a branch point. Edit freely, see the changes as a diff against live, cherry-pick individual changes or merge everything — conflicts are resolved field by field.
The feasibility check
PREMIUMThe engine checks room usage, role staffing, availability, working time, and lead times for the whole scope, and the report suggests one fix per finding — trivial fixes can be applied in one batch.
Approvals
PREMIUMThe approval matrix decides which changes need sign-off and from whom — stage manager, department head, HR, or a specific group. The queue gathers the requests, and unanswered ones expire automatically.
Staffing and departments
PREMIUMDepartments are the unit the engine calls in and calculates staffing against. Role requirements and qualification pins are set per production on the Staffing tab; changeover days and rehearsal weeks have org defaults that can be overridden.
