New production
New Production adds a show, season, or project to organise events under. Only the title is required; the address (slug) is generated from it automatically.
The fields
Link to this heading- Subtitle and description — optional internal context.
- Venue — suggests venues you’ve used before.
- Colour — the production’s colour on the planner and on call sheets. The colour must be unique: two productions can’t share one, so the plan stays readable.
- Opening date and closing date — the key dates that frame the production in the year view.
New productions start in Pre-production, and visibility follows your default setting — by default the production is visible to everyone with view access, and can be tightened afterwards under Settings → Visibility.
After saving you land on the production page, ready to add participants, templates, and the first events.
