Integrations connects your runorder schedule to calendars and services outside. The page is personal — what you set up here applies to your own schedule.

Calendar feed (iCal)

Create a personal feed URL and subscribe from your Apple, Google, or Outlook calendar — your schedule follows along, read-only. You can have several feeds, copy the address again, and revoke a feed for good if an address leaks. Productions and projects additionally have their own feeds from their sharing pages.

Google Calendar

Google Calendar settings connects your account with OAuth, and shows the log of recent syncs. Disconnecting removes access immediately.

For administrators

Under Admin → Integrations sits the catalog of everything available and upcoming — calendar sync, messaging, payroll exports, and SSO — with a status per integration. It also links to:

  • Webhooks — HMAC-signed calls to your own systems on publish, conflicts, approved timesheets, and membership changes.
  • The import tools — CSV import for people and events (a six-step wizard with column and value matching), and the Theatron importer for weekly schedules. Runs appear as background jobs under Admin → Jobs.
