Keyboard shortcuts and the command palette

runorder registers shortcuts per page, and the planner has the richest set. Press ? anywhere to see the shortcuts that apply to the page you’re on. Letter shortcuts are ignored while you’re typing in a field.

On the planner

  • W / M / Y — switch to week, month, or year view.
  • N — new event, with the current date pre-filled.
  • T — jump to today (week and month).
  • [ and ] — previous and next period.
  • Esc — disarm the quick-plan selection.

  • Cmd/Ctrl+++K — open the command palette.
  • ? — show the shortcut sheet.
  • Cmd/Ctrl+++, — settings.
  • G-chords for navigation: press G followed by P for the planner, D for the dashboard, R for productions, T for timesheets, N for notifications, or S for settings.

The command palette

The command palette (Cmd/Ctrl+++K) lists every command available on the page you’re on — the same ones as the shortcuts, plus navigation. Type to filter, use the arrow keys and Enter to run. If you don’t know the shortcut, the palette is the fastest way to it.
