Notification preferences

The notification preferences under Settings govern what reaches you outside the app. The inbox always gets everything; these switches apply to email and push.

The email switches

• Email notifications — the master switch for all email.
• Schedule changes — when an event you’re called to is added, moved, or cancelled.
• Call sheets — the call sheets sent from productions.
• Timesheet updates — decisions on your weeks.
• Weekly digest — one summary email a week. Off by default.
• Org-wide news alerts — news announcements from the organisation.

Everything except the digest is on by default — the settings aim for useful, but quiet.

Browser push

Enable push notifications activates notifications on the device you’re on — desktop, in an up-to-date Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. Each browser is its own subscription, and the subscribed-devices list lets you remove them individually. The master switch pauses delivery without removing the devices.

The first time, you pick which channels get through: conflicts (rest time, double booking), reminders, publishes, requests, and system.

Productions can override

Event email is also governed per production under the production’s Settings → Notifications — and urgent messages sent with the override reach you even if you’ve muted email.
