Modules

Admin → Modules governs which parts of runorder the organisation uses. A disabled module disappears from the sidebar, and its routes return 404 — direct links don’t bypass the switch.

Six core modules are always on and can’t be disabled: planner, productions, people, timesheets, admin, and settings.

The toggleable modules

Among the modules that switch on and off you’ll find reports, drafts, notifications, integrations, GrandPlanner, shift swaps, kiosk (the big screens with the day’s programme in the foyer and backstage), public sharing, and news — plus modules that are registered but not yet built, marked as such.

Modules govern more than the menu

Several surfaces change with the module switches: the GrandPlanner module governs scenario overlays, feasibility dots, department calls, and the staffing tab; the Projects module governs the project routes and project reports; the shift-swap module governs the swaps page in timesheets. The docs’ tier badges (Base/Suite/Premium) follow the same division.
