The production page

The production page gathers everything about one production into tabs. Main shows the key numbers — venue, opening date, participant and event counts — together with the next event, key personnel, and notes.

  • Plan — the production’s own planner, with repertory rotation for generating performance patterns. See Production schedule.
  • Rehearsal plan — the scene breakdown: act, scene number, pages, characters, and notes per scene.
  • Participants and Casting — who’s involved and who plays what. See Casting and participants.
  • Call Times — default report-in and release times per person, with call-sheet printing and email dispatch.
  • Files — scripts, drawings, and documents, categorised and quota-managed (up to 10 MB per file).
  • Templates — the production’s own event templates, armed in the quick-plan panel and feeding the repertory rotation.
  • Staffing — role requirements, qualifications, and changeover/lead-time for GrandPlanner’s feasibility checks. Shown to managers when the GrandPlanner module is on.

Share sits as its own button at the top: public share links that show upcoming events without a login (private events are never included), and an iCal feed other calendars can subscribe to.

  • Permissions — extra grants scoped to this production.
  • History — the change log: settings changes, members added and removed, visibility changes, archiving. Newest first.
  • Settings — title, status, dates, venue, and colour, plus the panels for Visibility (Public / Participants only / Specific groups), the file storage quota, share links, iCal, and Notifications — the production’s override of email notification: on event changes, call sheets, schedule shifts, and digest frequency. A Teams webhook can mirror change notifications to a Teams channel.

If the production is archived, the page shows Archived — read-only: all changes are locked until it’s unarchived from the archive.
