Initiatives beyond the shows
Link to this headingProjects cover everything that has events, people, and a budget without being a production — tours, infrastructure work, hour pools, and cost centers. Project events appear in the planner side by side with production events, carrying their own project badge.
The projects list
PREMIUMProjects cover workstreams that aren't productions — touring runs, cost-center hour buckets, operational initiatives. The list shows status, template, and budget burn, with filters for status, template, lifecycle, and billing.
New project
PREMIUMPick a template and give the project a title — the template decides which features the project starts with. Individual features can be adjusted afterwards from the project's Settings tab.
The project page
PREMIUMThe project's tabs follow the features that are on — plan, participants, call times, call sheets, scenes, files, budget, and notifications. Managers also see history, permissions, and settings.
Project administration
PREMIUMThe admin list shows every project, including archived ones, with bulk archive and unarchive. Archived projects are locked for mutation but keep all their data.
Project templates
PREMIUMProject templates decide the feature setup new projects start with. The built-in templates are read-only — clone one to an editable copy, or build your own with its own feature grid.
Project budgets
PREMIUMThe budgets page shows hours used versus budget for every budgeted project in the current period, split into billable and admin time — with CSV export.
Feature defaults
PREMIUMThe organisation's default feature grid — inherited by new projects created with the Custom template. Other templates ship their own grid and are unaffected.
