The report catalog
Reports & Exports is the catalog of read-only views over the data, grouped into People, Time, Production, and Other. Your permissions filter what you see — and within reports, sensitive columns are hidden from those without the right to them.
The reports
Link to this heading- People — the people directory, attendance (called / confirmed / declined / no-show), vacation balances, and project attendance.
- Time — timesheet status (planned versus recorded with variance and approval status), compliance breaches, red/amber/green compliance status per person, and labor-law cap counters.
- Production — the event schedule by day and room, the production roster with contact info, room utilisation, and project budget burn.
- Other — Payroll Period (one row per pay-classification line; only locked payroll periods have lines, so the export is immutable) and Working-Time Inspection (the WEA § 10-7 overview for the Labour Inspection Authority).
The project reports only appear when the Projects module is on.
