The report viewer

The report viewer is the same for every report: filters at the top, the table below, with the meta line showing rows, columns, and active filters.

Filtering

Every report has its own filters — production, group, person, room, project, date range, status, and more. Apply runs the selection, Clear resets. The filters live in the page URL, so a link to the report carries the filters with it — paste it into a message and the recipient sees the same selection.

Saved and pinned views

Setups you use often are saved as named views. Pin to sidebar lifts a view into the sidebar and to the top of the report catalog — your standing weekly reports become one click away. Views are personal.

Exporting

The Export menu downloads the table as CSV, plain text, Excel (XLSX), PDF, or RTF. Some columns are export-only and don’t show on screen. If the selection is too large to export, runorder asks you to narrow the filters.

Note

Exports respect your permissions — columns you don’t see on screen because they’re sensitive don’t end up in the file either.
