Work Types

Admin → Work Types is where the working-time rules live: each work type is a contract-style template with hour targets and caps, overtime thresholds, break and rest rules, and rounding behavior. Each person is assigned one work type from their profile — the rules drive the compliance warnings in timesheets and GrandPlanner’s working-time check.

The list shows the types with colour, sort order, and how many people are assigned. Hour fields accept “37.5”, “37:30”, or whole numbers.
