The drafts list
A draft is a private planning space: the events you place there are hidden from the live planner until the draft is published. Use it to sketch a production’s run, a whole year, or an experiment — without the theatre seeing anything before it holds.
Who sees what
Link to this headingAdministrators see every draft. Everyone else sees the drafts they created, are approvers on, or have been given access to — directly or via a group. Access is managed per draft on the draft’s page.
The list
Link to this headingDrafts group by intent — Planning, Rehearsals, Finalisation, Experiment — with pinned drafts on top. The states are Draft, Published, and Archived. Search, saved views, and bulk actions for archiving, restoring, and deleting are all here. Drafts with auto-archiving tidy themselves up after a period of inactivity.
