The drafts list

A draft is a private planning space: the events you place there are hidden from the live planner until the draft is published. Use it to sketch a production’s run, a whole year, or an experiment — without the theatre seeing anything before it holds.

Administrators see every draft. Everyone else sees the drafts they created, are approvers on, or have been given access to — directly or via a group. Access is managed per draft on the draft’s page.

Drafts group by intent — Planning, Rehearsals, Finalisation, Experiment — with pinned drafts on top. The states are Draft, Published, and Archived. Search, saved views, and bulk actions for archiving, restoring, and deleting are all here. Drafts with auto-archiving tidy themselves up after a period of inactivity.
