Email deliverability
Admin → Email deliverability is the window into whether notifications actually arrive. Every time runorder tries to send an email — a call sheet, a schedule change, a password-setup link — a row lands here with the result. The Failed notifications card on the admin overview counts the same rows.
Reading the numbers
Link to this headingPick a Lookback (days) and press Apply; the default is 30 days, the maximum 90. Above the list sit Total dispatches, Delivered, Bounced, Failed and Bounce rate for the period.
The list below shows When, Recipient, Type, Subject and Status per attempt, newest first. Show only failures narrows it to the rows that never arrived, and Show all rows takes you back.
If the page says rows are still queued, the dispatch is not finished. After a large send-out that is normal for a moment; if the number stays, it is worth a closer look.
The page takes the View notification log permission. What is sent, and to whom, is governed under Notifications and each user’s own notification settings.
